We love a bit of creative filth! If you’ve got a genius idea that’s missing from our shop, drop us a message. Many of our best-sellers started as a 'What if...' from a customer. If we love it, you might just see it hit the store (and we might even send you a freebie for the inspiration).
Can you print emojis in my custom message?
Our printers are clever, but they aren't mind readers. We can handle standard emojis (like the 🍑 or 🍆—we know our audience), but try not to go overboard with obscure symbols. If our system can’t read it, it might come out as a boring old square, and nobody wants that.
How do I add a name or custom message to my item?
Want to make it personal? Just look for the "Personalise" box on the product page. If you’re stuck or want to double-check something before you hit buy, just give us a shout—we’re happy to help you get it perfect!
Can I see a preview of my item before it’s printed?
Want a sneak peek? We’re happy to send you a preview of your item before it hits the printer—just drop us a message as soon as you’ve placed your order. If not, don’t sweat it; our in-house quality team checks every single item to make sure it’s perfect before it heads out the door.
I made a spelling mistake! Can I change my order?
Double-check before you pay! Just a heads up: we move fast! The second your payment hits, we get cracking on your order. Because we’re so speedy, we usually can’t make changes or cancellations once you’ve checked out. Please double-check (and triple-check!) your details on the product page to make sure everything is spot on before you pay.
Someone sent me an item which is offensive or malicious
We’re gutted to hear this. While our cards are created for a bit of fun between people who get the joke, we have zero tolerance for them being used to harass or threaten others.
If you’ve received an anonymous card that feels abusive or threatening, please contact the police. We deal with law enforcement directly and will provide all the necessary details to help their investigation once they contact us. We take your wellbeing very seriously.
I received a card/gift but I don’t know who sent it?
Got a secret admirer? 🕵️♂️ It happens! Sometimes people forget to sign their names, or they’re just being cheeky. If you’ve received a card or gift and have no idea who sent it, don’t worry—we’ve got your back.
Drop us a message on Live Chat or via email with your name and postcode. Because we take Data Protection seriously, we can’t just hand over their details (we’re not snitches!), but we can reach out to the sender and ask if they’re happy to reveal themselves.
I’ve received someone else’s order by mistake.
OMG! We’re so sorry. It sounds like we’ve had a bit of a brain fart. While most of our cards and gifts are packed by hand with love, once in a blue moon, human error wins.
Drop us a message on Live Chat or email our team so we can make it right. It’s super helpful if you can attach a quick photo of the item you did receive—it helps us play detective and figure out exactly what went wrong!
Can I cancel, edit or amend my order?
Please message us straightaway and we will do our best to assist, just so you know... We start production immediately to ensure your order is dispatched within 72 hours. Because of this, sometimes we cannot make any changes after checkout, including:
- Cancellations: Once it's in the queue, it's being made. So get that message to us ASAP!
- Design/Typos: We can't edit your messages or photos once we've pressed that big green button.
- Address Changes: Please ensure your delivery info is 100% correct as we buy your postage label as soon as you purchase.
- Shipping Upgrades: Sometimes we are able to upgrade your postage on our delivery partners platform, drop us a message and we will see what we can do.
Can I return an order?
We want you to love your NaughtyCard order. If something isn’t quite right, don't panic—our team is here to help. We usually solve issues in a flash, so just hop onto Live Chat or drop us an email. We always aim for the simplest, fastest fix.
How do I return my order? Because most of our stuff is made-to-order just for you, we can only accept returns on a few specific items. If our team asks you to send something back, they’ll walk you through exactly how to do it.
Where’s my refund? If you’re waiting on a refund for a returned item, please give us up to 14 days from the day we receive it back. Your bank might take a few extra days to show the balance, but we'll get it moving as fast as we can.
What can’t be returned? We can't accept returns for Personalised Items. Since these were made specifically for you (cards, mugs, or anything with your custom text/photos), we can't exactly put them back on the shelf!
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY FAQ
How long does it take to print and dispatch my order?
Everything we sell is made right here in the UK and printed to order—because mass-produced waste is a mood killer. We aim to get your order out the door within72 hours. If we’re running a bit behind schedule (hey, it happens!), we’ll give you a shout and let you know.
Is UK delivery really free?
Yes our standard delivery in the UK if free, we will cover the cost. We offer other services on our site which may cost extra.
Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?
Want to send it straight to their door? Easy. Just enter their name and address on the order page. We’re not snitches, so we’ll leave out the invoice and prices—they’ll never know what you spent.
Do you ship internationally?
The more the merrier! We ship many of our products worldwide—you can see the delivery costs at checkout before you commit. Just a heads-up: if your country charges any import taxes or "welcome to the country" fees, those are on you to cover locally.

What size are your cards?
Size matters. Our standard cards come in at a chunky A5 size (132 x 185mm). They’re big enough to make an impact but small enough to fit through the letterbox without a fight.
What quality are your cards?
All our cards are printed on premium 350 - 400gsm card as standard. This is typically much thicker and sturdier than the card stock used for mass-produced, laminated cards in high-street shops.
Are cards and packaging sustainable?
Yes! Our NaughtyCard Cards are printed on FSC-certified card paper. We use 100% recyclable envelopes and packaging. All of our cards are plastic and glitter free.
We use the latest cartridge free printers this printing process reduces electricity and CO2 emissions by up to 83% compared to other small businesses.
Why are your cards not coated like the ones in the shop?
By avoiding lamination (the plastic coating usually found on shop-bought cards), they ensure the cards are more eco-friendly and easier to recycle. The lack of a glossy coating gives the cards a matte, "charming hand-drawn feel" that many customers prefer for a more personal touch.
Payment FAQ
Which payment methods do you accept?
We like to keep things easy. We acceptVisa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, G Pay, and PayPal. To save you the math, we’ll charge you in your local currency based on where you’re shopping from. You’ll see the final breakdown at checkout—no stress, no surprises.
Are my card details stored safely?
Your card details are safe with the pros—not us. We never actually see or store your payment info personally. Instead, we use Shopify Payments, Clearpay and PayPal to handle the heavy lifting. They’re world leaders in security, so you can shop with total peace of mind. Check out their websites if you want to dig into the technical nitty-gritty!
Can I update or remove my saved payment card details?
Managing your card details on Shop Pay is straightforward, whether you use the mobile app or a web browser. Because Shop Pay is a separate service from the individual stores you shop at, you’ll need to make these changes through your Shop account.
Option 1: Using the Shop App
- Open the Shop app on your device.
- Tap the Account icon (usually in the bottom right corner).
- Under the Settings or Payment methods section, find the card you want to manage.
- To Remove: Tap on the specific credit card, then tap Delete.
- To Update: Shop Pay doesn't allow you to "edit" an existing card's number or expiry date directly. You must Delete the old card and then tap Add card to enter the updated details.
Option 2: Using a Web Browser
- Go to the Shop Pay login page.
- Enter your email and the 6-digit verification code sent to your phone or email.
- Once logged in, look for the Cards or Payment methods section.
- To Remove: Click the card you want to get rid of and select Delete.
- To Update: Click Add card to input your new details, then delete the old one if necessary.
Important Notes:
- Billing Address: If you only need to change the address associated with a card, you typically have to delete the card and re-add it with the new billing information.
- Instalments: If you have active Shop Pay Instalments, you may need to add a new payment method before you can remove the one currently being used for your repayments.
- Browser Auto-fill: If you still see old card details appearing at checkout after deleting them from Shop Pay, your web browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.) might be saving them locally. You may need to clear your browser's "Payment methods" in its settings.
When will I receive my refund?
The Process: Once approved, our payment provider issues your refund immediately.
The Wait: Most banks take 5 to 10 business days to clear the funds into your account.

Are your mug's Microwave & Dishwasher safe?
The short answer is yes (mostly)… Our mugs have premium coatings to ensure your designs last and last. Our Standard Mugs can handle the heat of a microwave and the scrub of a dishwasher. However, our Magic Mugs use a special heat-sensitive film that can be damaged by high dishwasher temperatures—so please wash those by hand to keep the secret reveal working every time!

TREAT THE MAGIC WITH RESPECT!

- ❌ NO Dishwashers: The high heat will kill the magic and peel the coating. Hand-wash only.
- ❌ NO Microwaves: The rays mess with the heat-sensitive film. Keep it on the counter.
- ❌ NO Soaking: Don't leave it submerged in the sink for hours.
- 🧼 Be Gentle: Use a soft sponge, not a scourer. You wouldn't scrub your own 'naughty bits' with wire wool, so don't do it to the mug.
How do you ship mugs to keep them safe?
We don’t just throw your mug in a box and hope for the best. We use heavy-duty, smash-proof cardboard mailers specifically designed to survive the chaos of the postal system. They’re basically suits of armour for your morning coffee. While we can’t say they’re "postie-proof" if someone decides to drive a van over them, they’ll survive the usual bumps and drops with ease.
HELP! My order arrive damaged!
Ugh, has the postie had a nightmare?" We take great care in packing your orders, but sometimes the journey to your door gets a bit bumpy. If your item has arrived looking like it’s gone ten rounds with a heavy-weight boxer, don't worry—we’ll fix it.

- Your Name and Postcode.
- A clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging.
Once we see the damage, we’ll get a replacement sent out to you faster than you can say "fragile."
Please send a photo of the damaged product and the outer envelope/box to our customer service team. We use these photos to improve our packaging and to hold our couriers accountable. We will prioritise a replacement for you straight away at no extra cost.
NaughtyCard Pranks FAQ
Can I change the address after I’ve ordered?
You’ve got to be quick! Because we want to get the embarrassment delivered as fast as possible, our team starts processing orders almost immediately. Once the box is labeled and in the system, we can't change the destination. Double-check that address before you hit pay, or the joke might end up on your own doorstep!
Can I send anonymously to prank someone?
Technically, yes—if you don't add your name in the personalisation, we won't 'out' you on the packing slip. However, we're here for laughs, not for lawsuits. If you use our pranks to be a genuine creep or to harass someone, we won't protect you. We’re all about the banter, but keep it consensual and fun, yeah?
Can you print emojis in my custom message?

What’s actually inside the prank box
Absolute disappointment (and a lot of laughs). Our prank boxes are a classic practical joke—the box arrives empty except for a cheeky interior sticker letting the recipient know they’ve been pranked. The real gift is the look on their face when they have to collect a "Severe Itchy Bum Treatment" box from the postman or their boss!
Note: If you want to be slightly nice, you can add one of our novelty-wrapped chocolate bars to the order.
Is the packaging discreet?
For our pranks? Absolutely not. That’s the whole point! These boxes ship exactly as shown in the pictures—loud, proud, and incredibly embarrassing. They are designed to be seen by the postie, the neighbours, and everyone in the office. If you’re looking for something secret, check out our cards. Can I send these to a workplace?
We highly encourage it! Our prank boxes work best when they have to be handled by a receptionist or passed across a busy office floor. Just make sure your "victim" has a good sense of humour—we’re here for the banter, but we don't want to get anyone fired!
What if the person gets genuinely upset?
Our pranks are designed for people who can take a joke. If things get a bit too heated and the recipient contacts us, we stick to our Data Protection guns and won't reveal your identity. However, if the police get involved because you’ve used a prank to harass someone, we will cooperate with them. Keep it funny, not mean!
